Packaged foods come in different shapes and sizes and, no matter how neatly you place them on a shelf, they eventually topple over. On top of that, once they are opened, you can never close them as securely as you wish to.
Is there such a thing as too much kitchen storage space? The obvious answer is no and that no is multiplied by many numbers if you have a house that is small as it is.
Storage jars can be found in all different sizes, from a small slat and pepper shaker, to one that is about as large as a cookie jar, and even bigger. To save money, some people even use old pickle jars or jalapeno jars after the food has been eaten out of them. This would be a great kitchen storage solution for anyone that is on a budget and can not spend much money on buying brand new storage jars.
One of the easiest and most practical kitchen storage solutions for knives is an indrawer knife organizer. I like this solution because there is no installation or hardware required. You just put it in an empty drawer, put your knives in and you are done. Everything is organized, safe and hidden. There is no more clutter on your countertop and your knives are easily within reach.

Jun 17, 2020A kitchen does not just have to function well as a place to prepare food, but also as a space where it is stored. A lack of properly organized kitchen storage is the number one complaint that most people have about their kitchens.
At one point, kitchens had silverware drawers, maybe a dish strainer, and possibly a canister to hold the big spoons. But today the possibilities are endless when it comes to kitchen storage. Some of the more common items are spice racks, shelf inserts, storage canisters, and my personal favorite, lid holders. These items have made kitchens more organized and 100% more functional.
